(Nasdaq: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that it has received the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Award for Network Security Vendor of the Year under the Enterprise Vendor Category. This is the third time Check Point has received this prestigious distinction, recognizing the company's continuous commitment to developing innovative security solutions that meet real customer needs.

The Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards are determined by an esteemed panel of judges, comprising of industry influencers, decision-makers and thought leaders from the ICT sector across Asia pacific as well as Frost & Sullivan ICT analyst team. With 30 awards conferred across different categories such as Enterprise Vendor, Telecom Vendor, Service Provider and Best of the Best, the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT awards recognize the outstanding companies that have pushed the boundaries of excellence in their respective industries in the past year.
